We offer free worldwide shipping on all paintings.

Please note:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are not included and remain the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office.

If you’re unsure whether your country applies import fees, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing an order.

Return Policy

We want you to love your art. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return your painting within 14 days of delivery.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned paintings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.
